Thunk it.

I can’t remember the last time I was in the “honeymoon” phase but marriage is definitely a blessing. It’s like a weight lifted off my shoulder, to be able to hold the person I love without being reprimanded.

A few months ago I shared a series of books I read. I’m still reading and re-reading these books on a weekly basis. One of the quotes I’d like to share with you from this week’s reading is this one,

We all have good habits and bad habits – but every single one of them is responsible for where and who you are today. Every habit produces some form of result. Because of that, it’s imperative that you become more aware of your habits – especially the negative ones that can hold you back from success.

I love this book. It’s called “Success Affirmations” by Jack Canfield. I started reading it when I went on medical leave, earlier in the year, and am well over half way through. It challenges me to look internally at the things I could be improving in my own life. I love that it forces me to write, think critically and assess areas I can be more successful in.
