So much … to. do.

Bear thinking, “What on earth is this two legged creature trying to tell me?”

You know what’s great about having dogs?  They support everything you say!  No really!  Whenever I am frustrated, I’ll talk to my dogs about how I’m feeling and they’ll blanklessly stare back at me and telepathically tell me they support me.

Either that or they think I’ve completely lost my mind.  I’ll stick with the first option.

So much happened in the past week and a half that I’m hardly catching up.  I’m just beginning to process everything, digest it, and configure my next steps.  Life is so strange, don’t you think?

Last week I worked 23908403910 days straight, just kidding, I worked 9 days straight with one day off in between.  lol.  During that time I slugged off a bit on my daily journaling, scripture reading, and positive affirmations.  I immediately felt the impact of that, in my body, and am quickly bringing myself back up to speed with my positive coping mechanisms.  FYI, positive coping mechanisms aren’t supposed to be a “catch up” kind of thing.  Which basically indicates that … I’m still doing it wrong.  I know, I’m trying, does trying count?

I spent the weekend celebrating Mother’s day, taking my Mom out to get pampered (don’t even get me started on the $100.00 manicure tab), round two of another fumigation, and celebrating my Dad’s retirement and forty years in the United States!  Its been a busy two weeks and I’m glad things are somewhat normalizing until the next big storm.  Yeah, my departure date, that storm. We’ll talk about that once we cross that bridge.

In the meantime … can we cruise control and enjoy the calm a bit?  🙂 I hope you are all well.  Thank you again for the love, support, and blessing you sent to my partner two weeks ago!!!!

So much love,
