I just rinsed my face, my stomach is grumbling, I’m running my fingers through my rosary cross, I can hardly open my eyes, and am taking deep breaths while writing this post.
It will all come together.
I found myself deeply unsettled today but am going to meditate after this post to get all this bad energy out of my system.
On a lighter note. I wanted to share the wood work project my partner and I started this weekend. We sanded it down and put the first stain layer on it yesterday. We want a darker stain and will probably add two more layers to get the finish that we want.
This is the first time my partner has worked on a wood project with me and it was really fun to spend this kind of quality time with him. I’ve always told him how gratifying it is to see the end product but he never understood the joy of this kind of project (until now). A lot of these wood pieces are in great condition they just need a touch of paint. That must be how many of us are walking in life too. We are in great condition but just need an ounce of fresh paint to be brought back to life… I’ll be using this item to hold my restroom candles and small bathroom items. We’re already planning what we’d like to work on next.
On another note, I did have a prayer request. I wanted to ask if you all could pray for my future endeavors and pursuit of happiness (doesn’t matter what faith you practice). I will be taking a risk in the upcoming months and would like you all to pray that I stay true to my foundation during that time. Please pray that I do not become overwhelmed and anxious, with the details, and that I will allow myself to trust the process of the Universe.
Thank you so much.
